Ultimate Skill: Transform into a bear, gaining 100% HP and 30% HP drain. Deal damage equal to 60% of the Attack to nearby enemies every 0.5 seconds for 5.6 seconds. In the transformed state, the hero cannot use other skills and is immune to control effects. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

If the Sage dies in Transformation state, reverts to normal form and retains 12.5% max HP.
