Necrass, real name Eblana Dublinn, is the former Leader of Dublinn, an organization that no longer exists. After careful consideration, Rhodes Island has conditionally agreed to establish a degree of cooperation with her. After joint confirmation from the Medical and HR Departments, as well as the Doctor, all of Necrass's files have been moved to the high-clearance database.
