When in this state, using Expertise Skills that consume Blade Intent triggers a Lightning Strike, dealing Attack DMG to the current target. Tips: Pair with Thundercut to generate more Thunder strikes. Higher Mastery significantly increases Moonblade DMG for the Moonstrike Spec.

Quickly slashes horizontally with a scythe condensed from lightning, dealing Attack DMG equal to 300%ATK to the enemy, which scales with the Level/Tier of Thundercut.
