Anne removes her restraint, enhancing her normal attack for 18 seconds, during which Energy cannot be automatically recovered. Enhanced normal attack effect: With a longer attack interval, she now recovers (Anne's Attack *135%) HP for a single allied unit within skill range per hit instead, prioritizing the allied unit with the lowest HP percentage.

For every 10% HP an allied unit loses, Anne's healing effect on that unit increases by 3%. This effect reaches maximum when the allied unit's HP drops to 10% and can stack up to 9 times.

Anne shoots an Anesthetic Shot, putting 1 allied Sinner (excluding herself) into the [Anesthesia] state for 10 seconds.
