Luminita presents her terms, dealing (Attack *400%) Physical Damage to all enemies within the skill range and [Stunning] them for 3 seconds.

When an enemy's [Stun] or [Suppression] state ends, Luminita reduces their Attack Speed by 15% and Movement Speed by 7.5% for 5 seconds.
