Celine

Celine attacks by shooting pages from an ancient tome, dealing (Attack *124%) Magic Damage to a single enemy per hit.

For each stack of the [Tome] mark an allied Sinner carries, their damage is increased by 6%. When a [Tome] mark bearer deals damage, their damage is increased by 1% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 20 times.

Can only be used while carrying the [Tome] mark. Celine imparts knowledge, transferring 1 stack of her [Tome] mark to a designated allied Sinner (excluding herself). This Ultimate does not consume Energy.

For every 3 instances of damage Celine deals, she provides (her Attack *80%) healing to all [Tome] mark bearers once. This effect can trigger up to once per second.

Celine enters the [Flow State] for 12 seconds, then deals (Attack *800%) Magic Damage and 1 Core Damage to all enemies within a 3x3 square around each [Tome] mark bearer, dealing a maximum of 2 Core Damage to the same enemy.
