[Magic Damage] Attacks multiple enemy units within the span, dealing 0.36x AoE damage and applying a special terrain effect to the target location for 1 turn—[Calamitous Light Vortex]: "This terrain possesses [Command]: Reduces the MDEF of enemies within 2 blocks by 10%. When moving out of Command range, each block moved consumes 1 additional Mobility. If within Command range at the end of turn, this unit is teleported to the center of the [Calamitous Light Vortex]. ([Calamitous Light Vortex] has a high terrain level priority.)

[Active] Can cast on self, defensive terrain, or allied [Arcane Traces] terrain. Teleports to the target empty block. Can move an additional 2 blocks and attack again after use. (After using this skill, any buffs on the caster do not lose their turn count.)
