Lasts 2 turns. Cannot be dispelled. Using any of the above skills changes the cooldown of Floral Realm to 1 turn.

[Passive] Loses 1 stack of Effulgence each time a unit dies. When melee attacked, takes 5% reduced damage and deals 10% increased damage. This effect is doubled if the target's HP is below 100%.
