Obirus

Obirus performs a Charge at the enemy with the lowest HP, dealing damage to the target and surrounding enemies in a small area equal to 2500% of ATK and Stunning them for 3s. During the Charge, all targets along the path receive damage equal to 1000% of ATK and are knocked into the air. Damage from this skill cannot be Critical; if the target's HP is below 50%, Obirus deals double damage to them. Passive effect: For each enemy target within melee range, Obirus gains 20% bonus melee damage, 8% Rage accumulation, and damage taken is reduced by 10%, stacking up to 8 times.

Obirus strikes all nearby enemies with his axe, dealing damage equal to 1800% ATK and knocking them into the air. For each target hit, the CD of this skill is reduced by 1s, and Obirus increases Damage Reduction by 15% for 5s. Damage from this skill cannot be Critical.

When allied heroes Charge, Obirus gains 1 stack of Majesty; upon accumulating 6 stacks of Majesty, Obirus consumes all stacks: instantly restores 300 Rage, gains 35% bonus Damage and 70% ATK for 6s. Bonus Damage and ATK from consuming Majesty stack up to 5 times.

Obirus permanently gains Base ATK equal to 4% of Max HP; in battle, damage taken from Melee attacks is reduced by 70%; when Obirus's HP falls below 40%, he instantly gains Invincibility for 3s, and restores all HP and Rage. This effect activates 2 times per battle.

Ultimate Skill Enhancement: Damage from the Charge dispels Invincibility and Shield effects.
