Tess - The Magician

Charges: Tess plays a dangerous card-guessing game, throwing a card to deal DMG to the target. Different color cards have different effects: Yellow Card: Deals Electrical DMG. Upon hit, Card-Trick Surprise cooldown decreases. Pink Card: Deals Chaos DMG. If the hit target doesn't die, deals Splash Chaos DMG to 4 nearby targets. White Card: Deals Kinetic DMG. Upon hit, deals increased Destructible Object DMG and replenishes bullets. Blue Card: Deals Frost DMG. Upon hit, applies Frozen to the target. Red Card: Deals Thermal DMG. Upon hit, causes a blast that deals AoE DMG and applies Burn to all targets within range, which deals 1 instance of Thermal DMG. (DMG dealt is not affected by Weakspots or Fortified Parts.) Card color changes randomly after each use of Card-Trick Surprise. Tess opens up a Hall of Phantasm and conceals herself, inviting another operative to join the fun on the field. During this time, after any deployed operative shoots an enemy, Tess will appear from the illusory realm and perform 1 Heartfelt Illusion attack on the target, dealing 1 instance of Electrical DMG and recovering U-Energy (this is affected by Tess’ U-Energy Recovery). Tess can perform 1 Heartfelt Illusion attack every 2 sec. Hall of Phantasm lasts, clearing all U-Energy upon its end. When Hall of Phantasm ends, Hidden World of Magic cooldown begins.
