Increases this ship's TRP by 15.0%; if there is another Sakura Empire ship in the same fleet, additionally increases the Crit Rate of this ship's equipped torpedoes by 30.0%. When this ship fires her torpedoes: fires a Lv.10 special barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level; 10s cooldown between activations), with a 100% chance to fire another wave of torpedoes. Enemies hit by this barrage have their SPD reduced to 0 for 1s, before returning to normal over 0.5s. Enemies with their SPD reduced to 0 in this way are inflicted with a special Flooding debuff, receiving DMG over time for 6s (DMG is based on Amatsukaze's TRP stat).

Increases this ship's EVA by 15.0%. Once per battle, when this ship falls below 30.0% Max HP as a result of DMG taken: this ship evades all attacks for 4s and restores 15.0% of her Max HP, but deals 10.0% reduced DMG until the battle ends. When this ship takes damage, there is a 70.0% chance to gain the following effect once per battle: until the end of battle, reduces this ship's DMG taken by 10.0%; upon taking DMG, 15.0% chance to reduce that instance of DMG to 1.

Activates All Out Assault II: Amatsukaze once every 10 times the Main Guns are fired.
