Increases self Action Gauge by 30% and grants self 1 stack of Chill after attacking, then removes High Roller (Undispellable).

Frey wagers all her chips to support all allies. Grants all allies CRIT Rate Up for 3 turns, then grants self a stack of Chill with a 100% chance, 3 times total. Grants self an extra turn.

Frey throws darts and lands a high score to attack all enemies. Grants self ATK Up for 2 turns, and grants self a stack of High Roller (Undispellable) with a 100% chance, 3 times total.

Increases Frey's ATK by 15%. Frey removes all Chill stacks and grants herself 1 stack of High Roller (Undispellable) if Chill is at max stacks at the start of the turn. Chill stacks are not removed if High Roller (Undispellable) is at max stacks at the start of the turn. Increases self Action Gauge by 8%, then grants self 1 stack of High Roller (Undispellable) with a 100% chance after a Moon Attribute ally (excluding self) attacks.
