Attacks the enemy with a staff, with a 50% chance to inflict decreased Hit Chance for 1 turn.

Revives a dead ally with magic and grants increased Attack and immortality for 1 turn. When the target is not dead, grants increased Attack and immortality for 3 turns.

With recovery magic, increases Health ratios of an ally and the caster to the higher of the two before additionally recovering Health proportional to the target’s max Health. Health ratio increase effect is unaffected by increased or decreased healing effects.
