Immune to debuffs which prevent movement. After being attacked, has a 70% chance to decrease skill cooldowns by 1 turn. After suffering a critical hit, has a 70% chance to decrease skill cooldowns by an additional 1 turn.

Penetrates Defense, and cannot trigger a critical hit or a heavy blow. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster's max Health. Begins the first battle with full skill cooldown count.
