Every 4s: fires a Lv.10 special shell (DMG is based on the skill's level); enemies hit by this special shell take 15.0% increased shelling DMG from Merkuriy (effect does not stack). Once per battle, when this special shell has been fired 4 times: fires a Lv.10 special barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level) and reduces this ship's DMG taken by 25.0% until the end of battle (does not stack).

Once per battle, when a Tempesta ship other than Merkuriy takes DMG that would otherwise sink her: as long as Merkuriy is afloat, that ship does not sink, evades all DMG, and instead gains the [Mercurial Path] effect for up to 3s, increasing that ship's FP by 15.0%. When the [Mercurial Path] effect ends, or if Merkuriy is sunk: that ship immediately sinks. At the end of battle: all ships with [Mercurial Path] restore 8.0% of their Max HP. As long as Merkuriy is afloat: increases the DMG of all other Tempesta ships in the fleet by 5.0%.

At the start of battle: increases this ship's FP, RLD, and ACC by 15.0%, and EVA by 25.0%, then generates a barrier that can absorb up to 15.0% of this ship's Max HP, lasting until the end of battle. Every 10s: this ship gains a buff based on the battlefield state; if 2 or more enemies are present on the field: increases this ship's DMG dealt by 10.0% for 8s; if fewer than 2 enemies are present on the field: increases this ship's Evasion Rate by 8.0% for 8s.

Activates All Out Assault II: Merkuriy once every 20 times the Main Guns are fired.
