FFNF Masséna

When a ship in your Main Fleet fires her Main Guns: this ship has a 100.0% chance to gain 1 stack of Lucky Target (can be stacked up to 3 times); each stack of Lucky Target increases this ship's LCK by 4 and Main Gun Crit Rate and Crit DMG by 4.0%.

When this ship fires her Main Guns, or when the Fortunate Fire special barrage is activated: 40.0% chance to fire a Lv.10 Fortunate Fire special barrage; each stack of Lucky Target owned increases this activation chance by 16.0%, and when the max stack is reached, this ship gains the Beyond Blessed status and fires a Lv.10 Fortunate Fire special barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level and this ship's FP stat; this barrage can only activate up to 3 times every 5s). When this ship has Lucky Target, and if her HP is below 30.0%: increases this ship's Evasion Rate based on how low her HP is (up to 15%); if this ship has the Beyond Blessed status, the max cap of this Evasion Rate buff becomes 30% instead.
