Decreases this ship's and your Flagship's shelling DMG taken from the enemy with Frostshred by 15.0%.

During battle, while Moskva is afloat, when another Northern Parliament Surface Fleet ship takes DMG that would sink her, the other ship does not sink, evades that instance of DMG, and gains the Unyielding Valor status for 8s. Unyielding Valor does the following: 1) Decreases the target's DMG taken by 20.0%, which is tanked by Moskva instead; 2) Increases the target's ACC by 15.0%; 3) When the status expires, or if Moskva is sunk, the target sinks; For every ship with the Unyielding Valor status, Moskva's DMG taken (excluding the DMG she tanks) is decreased by 20.0% (can be stacked up to 3 times). When the battle ends, all ships with the Unyielding Valor recover 10.0% of their max HP.

When the battle starts, and every 8s: performs a Lv.10 special attack (DMG is based on the skill's level); enemies hit even once by this attack have their AA and SPD decreased by 5.0% until the battle ends.
