IJN I404

During battle, if your Airspace Control state is not Air Denial or Air Incapability: increases your SSs' and SSVs' Crit Rate by 10.0%; if the SS or SSV is from the Sakura Empire, also increases that boat's TRP by 10.0%. One time each: when this boat reaches the battlefield, 10s after the battle starts, and when this boat leaves the battlefield: performs an attack with this boat's equipped Seaplanes; after the second attack, I-404 surfaces for 3s and recovers 10 OXY every second, then submerges again.

Increases this boat's ACC by 15.0%. Once per sortie, even if an engaging fleet is outside of your Submarine Fleet's Attack/Support Range, you can request Submarine Support. As long as this boat has not been sunk, when a fleet this boat is NOT in starts a battle, the following effects activate: 1) When the battle starts, increases your fleet's ACC by 10.0%; 2) Once per battle, 15s after the battle starts: performs a Lv.10 supporting attack (DMG is based on the skill's level); for 10s, enemies hit by this attack are inflicted with a special Burn (inflicts 404 DMG every 3s) and take 5.0% increased DMG.

When this boat's OXY reaches 0 and she resurfaces: activates All Out Assault - I-404 II and decreases this boat's DMG taken by 40.0% for 5s.
