Increases this ship's FP and ACC by 15.0%. 30s after the battle starts, and the first time each battle when this ship's HP falls below 50.0% as a result of DMG taken, activates the following effects: 1) Restores 8.0% of this ship's max HP; 2) Increases this ship's EVA and AA by 15.0% until the battle ends (can only activate once per battle).
