Background

The tyrannical third emperor of the ancient Roman Empire. A figure from the 1st century, and uncle of Emperor Nero. At first, he was loved as a great king, but then suddenly he became the Moon's love... and he descended into madness. For the few years until his assassination, he ruled as a tyrant.

A complete sadist that loves malice. Every enemy that comes into his sight becomes target for savagery and wrongdoings. Furthermore, due to his Madness Enhancement, he has no self-control, making him impossible to handle. ...even in such a state, he loves Rome. He loves Nero, too.

Madness Enhancement: A+ Ranks up all stats, but takes away the majority of his reasoning. When contact is attempted with a reference to Nero or Rome, a luck evaluation is performed. If it is successful, the recklessness stops.
