The younger brother of Oda Nobunaga, the famed conqueror of the Sengoku period. History says little about him, save that he was Oda Nobunaga's younger brother, and so his Spirit Origin is frail and weak. Normally he would never have been summonable as a Heroic Spirit, but for one reason or another, he managed to gain a Spirit Origin and manifest.

Height/Weight: 164cm, 50kg Origin: History Region: Japan Alignment: Chaotic-Good Sub-Attribute: Human Gender: Male "Whaaa...!? Sister!?"

Unlike Nobunaga, who was nicknamed the Fool of Owari, Nobukatsu was known to be intelligent even in his youth, and his mother, Dota Gozen, adored him. It was believed that he would be the next head of the Oda family. Nobukatsu eventually came to believe that he was the true heir of the Oda family, so he rallied retainers who were loyal to him and rebelled against Nobunaga. However his twice-attempted rebellions both ended in failure, and Nobunaga eventually killed Nobukatsu. He is Nobunaga's younger brother, nothing more and nothing less than that. That is the entirety of Oda Nobukatsu's existence.

Nobukatsu is a very social young man. He was also quite talented as a military commander, but because his sister is so incredibly remarkable, he has no proper perspective on his own abilities. Nobunaga is everything to him, and he resents the age of the warring states that failed to recognize his sister's talents, so took action by manipulating everyone in the household he deemed to be obstacles to his sister in a ploy to purge them, along with himself. Hypothetically speaking, had these siblings been born as commoners instead of into a daimyo family, they might have been able to live more harmoniously with each other. As a side note, upon Nobukatsu's manifestation, those mysterious mini personas that probably came from taking a tiny fragment of Nobunaga's Spirit Origin (or whatever the hell they are) may also be summoned as an option for Nobukatsu. According to Nobukatsu, it's just a newer model, so trying to look for the differences between it and the older models may be a good way to kill some time.

Immature Scheme: D During his life, Nobukatsu attempted two rebellions. He gathered all the dissatisfied members of his clan, but both rebellions ended in failure. In truth, this was all just meant to lay the groundwork to make a certain person into the Demon King. I Shall Die for the Heavens: B His fanatical devotion that leads him to offer his life to turn his sister into the Demon King. Adabana of War: C An adabana, a flower of the times that bears no fruit even after it blossoms. Whether Nobukatsu's life was futile or not is something only his sister Nobunaga would know.

『Demon King's Turning Tide, Mañjusaka』 Rank: D NP Type: Anti-Personnel Range: 1 Maximum Targets: 1 Maoukaiten, Higanbana. A suicidal Noble Phantasm that enhances the target in exchange for one's own death. A Noble Phantasm that only Nobukatsu could ever possess, which aids his older sister to walk the path of becoming the Demon King through his death. Normally, this Noble Phantasm would annihilate his entire Spirit Origin, but due to his assimilation with a certain nameless Spirit Origin, he is able to maintain his body. It is said that this nameless Spirit Origin is another younger brother who also wished for the salvation of his older sister. "That's right. Siblings are supposed to help each other out."

Sister is amazing! She saved me from the bullies in the castle town, and left them for dead! Sister is amazing! She climbed a really tall tree in a matter of seconds and threw a persimmon at me! Sister is amazing! She once told me about a new world that I would never have ever thought of, at a riverbed! Sister is amazing! She taught me strategies in war I could never have ever come up with! Sister is amazing! Mother may not have understood how amazing Sister is, but someday she will...I know it! Sister is amazing! Why don't you all understand? What part of me is superior to Sister!? Sister is amazing! Oh I see. I get it now. You're all just idiots! Sister is amazing! None of them are fit to be Sister's retainers. And of course, neither am I! Sister is amazing! I'm going to round up everyone who gets in Sister's way and burn them all! And of course, myself as well! Sister is amazing! Why did you forgive me? Why don't you just kill me? Sister is amazing! You're finally going to kill your incompetent, useless brother! Sister, thank you very, very much!
